Terms of use
By using Make360 you agree to what is written here. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What the service does
Make360 receives photos taken with the app, stitches a 360° image and provides an address to view it in the browser. Tours bring several rooms together in a single link, with the floor plan as a map.
What is yours
The photos and the panoramas are yours. Make360 claims no ownership over them and processes them only to deliver the service you asked for.
What you agree not to do
- Photograph places without permission from whoever has rights over them.
- Publish images that expose people without their consent.
- Upload illegal content, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Try to overload, break into or get around the server's limits.
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
Plans and subscription
- The Free plan allows one 360 photo per week, which carries the Make360 seal and has reduced resolution. The paid plans (360 Photos, Agent, Professional and Agency) unlock what each one describes in the app. On the Free and Agent plans, tours show the "Made with Make360" mark.
- Billing is done by your device's store (App Store or Google Play), or by the payment platform where the purchase was made, for the amount shown before the purchase. Some plans start with free days; the first charge happens when they end, unless you cancel before.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until it is canceled. Cancel in the store where you bought it — on iPhone, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, in the Play Store → Payments and subscriptions — and it stays valid until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
- When the subscription ends, the properties beyond the free plan go offline; after 90 days without a paid plan, the account and the files are deleted, with advance notice by email.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it online, but there is no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, and processing a capture can fail — because of lighting, movement during the photos or a room without enough texture to align.
Keep the photos that matter. A panorama is a derived result, not a backup.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, liability for losses arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months before the event.
Changes
These terms may change. Relevant changes will be announced in the app with reasonable notice; continuing to use it after that means accepting them.
