Delete your Make360 account

You can delete your Make360 app account and all the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

1. Open Make360 and sign in to the account.
2. Tap General and then Privacy and data.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete account.
4. Read what will be deleted and tap Continue.
5. Type the confirmation word shown on the screen and tap the red button to delete the account.

Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

1. Write to pensarparaempreender@outlook.com from the account's email, with the subject “Delete my Make360 account”.
2. We confirm the request by replying to the same email.
3. The account is deleted within 7 days after confirmation.

What is deleted

• The account (name, email and password).
• Panoramas, photos, floor plans, tours, the catalog and all public links, which stop opening.
• The location of the properties and of the 360 photos.
• The plan record and the devices registered for notifications.
• Support tickets and the messages exchanged in them.
• The data provided when subscribing on the website.

Backup copies of the files disappear within 7 days.

Delete only some data, without deleting the account

• A panorama: in Creations, tap the panorama's menu (⋯) and Delete. The photo leaves the server and the link stops opening.
• A property: in Properties, tap the trash can next to the property. The floor plan, the rooms and the tour are deleted.
• Other data (the phone number or the name, for example): request it by the email above, from the account's email. We handle it within 7 days.

What doesn't depend on us

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription made through the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in the store as well (see support). Payment records stay with Apple, Google or the payment platform, for the period required by law.
